The CASA Fall Attorneys committee meeting will be held on Friday, November 18 from 11:00 – 3:00 in Orange County.  Marcus Wu and Scott Kivel will be joining us to talk about CalPERS and pension related issues and recent developments. We also have Christian Marsh and Rod Walston lined up for our public trust doctrine discussion. Finally we will cover all of the recent legislation, general items and case law, including SB 1069 (the ADU connection fee bill) implementation, which has been of particular interest these last few months.
